Like all Cartacci Tube Machinery machines, our packaging systems are engineered to meet the specific requirements of each customer, optimizing both spatial constraints and production efficiency. These systems are designed for flawless integration with a wide range of production lines, including CND exit lines, conduit pipe lines, drawn pipe lines, and tube forming lines, operating at production speeds of up to 150 m/min.

Different sizes based on tube shapes and dimensions

Custom plants for square, rectangular, and round tubes capable of handling hexagonal, square, or rectangular bundles with package weights up to 10 tons.

Flexible layouts adapted to available space

Configurable with front or side bundle exit and line development in U or S configurations,
depending on plant layout requirements.

Multiple strapping configurations integrated into the system

Strapping options include manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic systems, with configurations such as double-head units, welding heads, notching systems, or metal clip sealing. The system also allows for the optional application of wooden saddles or battens around the bundle to improve load stability and protection.

Multiple options to meet customer requirements

The bundling line can be integrated with additional features such as protective tape wrapping, internal water drainage systems, weighing modules, and label printing with barcode identification.
