The Machine Set System (M.S.S.) uses advanced algorithms based on the geometric and physical properties of the tube, enabling accurate alignment from the very first pass. Repeatable Accuracy Through Stored Parameters
All configuration settings used during production are saved directly on the touchscreen interface. This allows for quick and precise recall of parameters, ensuring consistent results and repeatability when processing the same tube specifications—minimizing variability and reducing setup time..

Accurate Setup and Fine Adjustment
To compensate for even the slightest geometric variations between tubes of the same format across different production batches, the machine is equipped with a radio control system. This allows operators to make precise, real-time adjustments to the roll positions. All refinements are stored in the touchscreen interface and can be recalled during future setups via the automatic setting function—ensuring consistent quality and reduced adjustment time.
